About My Clients
If you woke up one day, looked in the mirror, and decided that today was the day you were going to make a change, that today was the day you were no longer going to accept living with a dark cloud following you around, then you are the client for me! I specialize in clients who are on the precipice of something big. Together, we will work on improving your communication skills, identifying your strengths and values, and using mindfulness techniques to bring you back to yourself.
My Background and Approach
I believe you are the expert on your life and I am here to facilitate your growth and healing in a supportive, non-judgmental environment we will create together. I hope you will come as you are to each session, even if it's just to talk about the Taylor Swift song you have on repeat. I believe in moving at the speed of trust, building and developing our relationship so we can make therapy the best possible experience for you. I will guide you through the thick fog of life and help you discover or rediscover who you are truly meant to be without worrying about the judgment of others. I address therapy in a laid-back and sometimes humorous manner. If you are looking for a more relaxed, freeing therapy experience, I would love to talk.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healthcare (mental healthcare specifically) is a right, not a privilege, and I am a passionate advocate for mental healthcare access. I know how complicated and overwhelming our world can be, which is why I believe everyone needs access to mental health support. Imagine how much healthier our world would be if every person had someone they could talk to about their inner struggles and deepest thoughts. Someone on their side to help them reach their goals.
