I help anxious and overwhelmed individuals navigate life stress, flourish in life transitions, and heal from painful experiences. You may be a young adult navigating a new life phase, you may be experiencing grief and loss, or you may be working through trauma. You may simply be looking to shift habits that are negatively affecting your life. All of these needs can be challenging to face alone, which is why working together in the context of a therapeutic alliance can be so helpful.
My Background and Approach
I follow a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy. When working with someone, I determine which coping skill or theory best fits their needs based on the goals they determined. Each individual is different, and my treatment approaches will reflect that, and will be uniquely shaped for each client.
