I'm here to offer you support, kindness, and a non-judgmental, listening ear to help you navigate each milestone and stage of your life.
My Background and Approach
I have over 9 years of clinical experience working with a variety of clients dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, young adulthood, recently moved, burnout, dating and mid-life crisis. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach drawing on multiple theoretical approaches and evidence-based interventions to help you get what you want out of therapy. Most of this includes Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.
