I work with adult clients, ages, 18+. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals regarding sexuality and gender identity. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma and abuse in their lifetime. My training also includes working with individuals with depression, personality disorders, and anxiety. Other populations I enjoy working with are individuals in the kink community or non-monogamous relationships.

Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

I work with adults and couples on all kinds of issues and frequently treat issues related to attachment, identity, and trauma (ie intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, ptsd, etc). I often work with clients who have symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, or high stress. I enjoy working with fellow members of the queer community and have a passion for providing an affirming, inclusive space for historically marginalized groups including, but not limited to BIPOC, interracial couples, and women.
