Our clients love our gentle, jungly space to let down for a minute and be their unfiltered, weird and awesome selves. Lots of our folks come to us pretty exhausted and burned out, grieving what they thought their lives would be at this point, or overwhelmed with everything going on in 2024. Many here lately are discerning whether they might be neurodivergent. Most are feeling held back and wanting to break into a new era where they're finally enjoying their lives and relationships more.

Ever feel like you're stuck in a loop, despite doing all the "right" things? Can't shake off a nagging restlessness or sense of disconnect? I get it. Life can sometimes feel like a foggy maze. But remember, you're not alone. Using a blend of proven therapy techniques, we'll illuminate those shadowy corners and rediscover your unique path to contentment. Navigating life's twists and turns can be challenging, but together, we can make the journey easier.
Many of my clients are busy professionals, individuals, and couples feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship struggles, or parenting challenges. They often feel stuck, juggling career demands with personal responsibilities, or disconnected in their relationships. If you’re navigating life’s transitions and searching for clarity, connection, or balance, I’m here to help you address these challenges and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values.
If you’re anything like me, then you’re highly aware of sensory-input, whether it be lights, sounds, and even the emotional states of others. My clients tend to fall under the Neurodivergent umbrella, and benefit from a sensory-aware environment that also aims to support executive function. My clients may also struggle with depression, participate in nerd-culture, spiritual deconstruction, and are members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and transformation. My clients typically face challenges related to identity, performance, or mental health and seek an understanding & professional guide to help them navigate these issues. Whether you're grappling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or just feeling 'stuck,' my approach provides a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

The counseling process requires openness and vulnerability that can be overwhelming. Talking to someone new about your concerns, fears, or anxieties can be intimidating. Bearing your inner self is not easy and requires a strength you may not know you possess. My promises to you: I will never judge you or make you feel unheard. I will create an environment where you feel safe. You are a unique and beautiful being and stronger than you realize. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
Many of us walk through life being triggered by certain events and people without a true understanding of why. My goal is to help you to gain insight into your underlying motivations and roadblocks so that you can restore connection and achieve the change you desire.
I am passionate about working with folks as they heal from past trauma and with those dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual assault, and those who have experienced childhood trauma. Some other areas of focus include depression, life transitions, and women’s issues. I also love working with fellow therapists.
My hope is that our work together will model the belief that you are a capable and valuable individual. In my practice, I prioritize honesty, empathy, and a willingness to explore even the most difficult topics; the challenges that may feel too daunting to face alone. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, where our therapeutic relationship serves as a model for trust, care, and self-exploration.
My clients come from all walks of life, each carrying their unique stories, challenges, and aspirations. They're individuals & couples who've decided to bravely confront their struggles, seeking growth & a better understanding of themselves. They often grapple with issues like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or trauma, yet they share a common goal – to cultivate a life they cherish. My role is to walk side by side with you on this journey, offering guidance, empathy, and professional expertise.

In my work with clients, I frequently encounter a version of "I thought I was doing ALL THE THINGS to be happy and yet, something still feels off." That something can manifest as anxiety, stress, depression, your relationship, or questioning EVERYTHING. My clients are the best. Usually, they are high-functioning professionals (think lawyers, physicians, leaders, engineers, scientists) and look completely fine on the outside, yet - suffer in silence.
I enjoy working with people on identifying the strengths that already lie within you. My goal is never to change anyone, but to empower you to live your most authentic life. I especially enjoy helping clients recovering from toxic relationships, church/religious trauma, or the pressure to suppress their authentic identity. I believe everything you need to grow is already within you. This is the process of helping you find you.
I provide affirming therapy for all people. I value using empathy and humor to promote a safe space for clients to show up as their authentic self. Whether you're experiencing challenges from life transitions, overwhelming anxiety, burnout, or wanting to heal from past trauma, I am here to support and walk along side you.
Therapy is a "no judgement zone". It is a confidential safe space specific to your individual needs. The majority of my clients are interns, working professionals, or healthcare providers. Many of us have experienced a disruption in our routines or relationships over the past few years. If you are like many of my clients you are anxious, depressed, or having difficulties finding meaningful connections. Taking the next step is easy - reach out for a free consultation. You are almost there.
Whether you are coming to see me for individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, or group therapy, as a systems-oriented practitioner I take into account the world you inhabit. There is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to therapy, and I collaborate with clients to tailor the direction of the work to fit their unique needs.

I am passionate about my work with teenagers, young adults, and older adults who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Most frequently, I work with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as individuals yearning for change, managing life transitions, dealing with relationship challenges, or looking for coping skills to better handle stress. I also have experience working with clients processing trauma and moving towards safety and stabilization.
I will collaborate with you to create a tailored approach based on your unique needs. My goal is to help you develop healthy relationships with yourself and others, the ability to experience the full spectrum of human emotion, and an invigorated approach to your life, in whatever phase or situation you currently find yourself. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all.
If you are queer, struggling with a major life adjustment, and are searching for more fulfillment and meaning in your life, we could be a good fit. I primarily work with adults who are seeking services due to trauma, anxiety, or generally feeling overwhelmed with where they want to go in their lives. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ issues and trauma.
