Through therapy, my clients can explore their emotions in a safe and non-judgmental space in order to make meaningful changes in their lives. I approach therapy through a humanistic and culturally sensitive lens, recognizing that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a navigational guide, helping you uncover the roots of anxiety, depression, or trauma. Together, we can build awareness, learn to manage feelings in the present, and work towards the life you desire. My goal as your therapist is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where you can explore your goals, discover your strengths, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
