My Background and Approach
As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I help clients explore vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. This work helps examine thoughts and behaviors that hold people back, moving toward new choices for a more authentic and wholehearted life. My primary focus is on building shame resilience and fostering daily practices that transform how we live, love, parent, and lead. Together, we’ll create strategies that empower you to embrace your true self and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. In my work with the LGBTQ* community, I create a safe space for individuals to explore and understand their identity and expression. I provide support for living authentically and wholeheartedly, helping clients move forward in life on their own terms. In 2012, I was trained in TFCBT to provide effective trauma-focused treatment. In 2019, I furthered my expertise by completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to better address trauma and stressors.
