About My Clients
Are you going through a life transition and need support with managing all the changes going on in your life? That might be changes in school, work, family, parenting or relationships. Or even a quarter-life crisis spent navigating new and old relationships. I'm here to support you in processing these changes as well as recognizing your own strengths to draw from during periods of change. I believe that everyone needs someone to support them - and challenge them - to get through these times.
My Background and Approach
I have my Master's in Social Work and have received training in such modalities as: Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and harm reduction. I use all these modalities in a blended approach to best support each individual based on their unique needs. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and navigating any relationships (peers, family, societal).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the LGBTQ+ community and greatly value social justice as well as the impact that societal stressors can have on an individual's mental health. I value community and building your own best community for yourself - whether that means biological family or found family.
