Taking the first step into your own wellness can feel exciting and scary at the same time. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with life expectations or struggling to connect with loved ones. Maybe you are a new mother and it feels isolating and overwhelming or maybe you are feeling exhausted with parenting and managing roles. Whatever the reason, we will work together to explore the path to your wellness and wellbeing.
My Background and Approach
I can offer you a warm atmosphere to explore barriers and find ways to make each day be what you want it to be. I can offer you space to express how you feel and what you need. We will work together to identify goals and create avenues and boundaries for healthy change. I will support you to approach stressors by building off your strengths. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and expressive arts therapy into the work.
