With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with relationship anxiety, highly sensitive person, attachment trauma, and birth trauma. My practice integrates various therapeutic modalities, including somatic practices, talk therapy, EMDR, EFT, and nervous system rewiring, to provide a holistic approach to healing. I am committed to helping you reclaim your needs, communicate without fear, and embrace your sensitive nature. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people are inherently good, and have the capacity to change and grow. In particular, it is the meaning we make of our pain and therapy is a space to deeply hold you and support you to understand and then experience something different in your life. As a highly sensitive person, parent, and partner myself, I understand the never-ending complexities of navigating relationships while anxiety and overwhelm are trying to take the wheel. I played the perfectionism game and pretended I was okay to keep the peace until I finally learned how to accept my sensitive nature and align with it in my relationships. The therapy and inner work it took to get there have profoundly reshaped my life, and this experience drives my passion for helping others.
