My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in authenticity in both the therapeutic relationship, and as a human being on this planet. I operate from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, anti-oppression, anti-systemic framework and am LGBTQIA+ allied. I believe that every human being has inherent worth and dignity, and when I'm not providing clinical mental health services, I volunteer with marginalized peoples in a number of creativity-and-empowerment-driven capacities.
