Mental health challenges can impact every aspect of our lives, so when something is not feeling right, it is important to give it the attention it needs. My clients are often experiencing major life transitions, relationship turbulence, or effects from past trauma. When navigating something like this, you deserve a compassionate, trusting space to process your thoughts and emotions, and that is what I am to give you.

Therapy is a journey. Throughout that journey, I will work to understand who you are, how you became that person, and who it is you desire to be. Our session content will vary based on your specific needs at that time, but we will continue to work towards your overall goal(s) that led you to therapy. While I take our work together very seriously, I also try to make it light when appropriate so it is easier for you to understand how to move forward.

I believe that while we all have the inner strength and resilience to overcome the challenges we are facing, sometimes we need guidance, support and a different perspective to truly understand how these challenges are impacting our daily lives. My goal is to help you find your inner strength and resilience so we can learn how you can live the life you have always wanted.
