About My Clients
I am dedicated to helping children and adults navigate their emotional challenges and build resilience. I am particularly focused on working with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns such as stress management, trauma and emotional regulation difficulties.
My Background and Approach
I am currently working at Washington University School of Medicine within the Early Emotional Development Program in Psychiatry and actively pursuing a Graduate Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MEd) at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In addition, I work as a Graduate Intern under supervision in private practice, where I specialize in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. My therapeutic approach integrates various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques, to create a collaborative and empowering environment for clients. I am dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate their emotional challenges and build resilience.
