My Background and Approach
My job is to partner with you in collaboration. As you grow to accept yourself as you are, and your body as it is, you will grow in wisdom about yourself. You will learn more about where you want to go in life, what you want, and how to say yes to the aspects of your life that are working for you, and no to what is not. My goal is to encourage you forward in a journey of self-compassion.
