About My Clients
Has life been feeling "off" lately? Struggling with anxiety, low mood, lack of motivation, or stress? Has a recent significant life change, loss, or transition made it difficult to function? You want support, clarity, and an unbiased listener as you work through difficult thoughts and feelings. Getting back to being the best version of yourself doesn't have to be far off. Setting small, realistic goals and learning coping skills through therapy can help in guiding you toward the life you want.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 and have worked in a variety of roles in the mental health field over the last five years. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, non-judgemental, and goal oriented. I utilize an integrated and individualized approach and incorporate interventions from a variety of theoretical approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth is an ongoing process and that we weren't meant to handle difficult things on our own. I value authenticity, compassion, and humor.
