I’m a licensed psychotherapist, practicing in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. I specialize in trauma, addiction, and grief, helping individuals, couples, and families work through life’s most difficult moments. With years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as in crisis centers and emergency rooms, I bring a well-rounded approach to therapy, focusing on each client’s unique needs.
