I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and believe that therapy should be a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all. Whether you are facing unwanted anxiety or depression symptoms, exploring your gender identity and/or sexuality, navigating difficult life transitions, experiencing relationship challenges, trauma, or grief you are not alone. These concerns can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to want support as you work through them.
My Background and Approach
Whether you're dealing with past pain or current stressors, we can work together to identify the root causes of your struggles and develop coping strategies that feel right for you. Through a collaborative, strength-based approach, we’ll explore solutions, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change in your life. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to guide you toward achieving your goals. I also offer EMDR for those who feel it may be beneficial.
