I help people who are worried and feeling anxious about many issues in their lives. Are you experiencing worry, feeling edgy, tired, and not sleeping well? I can help you with that. Do you find yourself constantly on edge, anticipating the possibility of an impending anxiety attack? I understand the sensations: the rapid heartbeat, the breathlessness, the overwhelming sense of needing an immediate escape. These attacks can be frightening, and I want to help you break free.

Treatment can include medication and other coping skills. My goal for you is to have a variety of different tools and techniques that you can always carry with you. So no matter where you go, you’ll always have access to coping skills that can quickly create relief. We’ll work collaboratively to address the anxiety attacks that are bothering you now. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all encounter difficult seasons in life and part of creating your best life is prioritizing yourself and taking care of your mental health. Sessions are an opportunity to sit and breathe and evaluate what is working and what is not. Patients tell me they feel so much lighter after their initial session because they have the opportunity to find direction and perspective to move forward. I believe in joint decision making and together we find the best options for treatment whether that includes therapy and/or medication treatment to support your overall quality of life. The goal is to empower you to thrive.
