I specialize in counseling adolescents, adults, and older adults from immigrant families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues and familial conflicts. My practice offers a safe environment for individuals, couples, and families to explore their emotions and develop coping skills. I provide personalized interventions and compassionate care, specializing in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy to process grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, impulse control, gender identity, sexuality, and sexual health.
Are you someone who is looking for help or support in your non-traditional relationship structure or sexuality? Are you struggling to feel seen or heard in these identities? As a relational therapist, I recognize that our connections with others are the basis of both the greatest struggles and the greatest rewards we can know. I desire to work with people who are seeking to flesh out their sense of identity and strengths, and through doing so, relate to others more authentically and skillfully.
My focus is to support clients experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, and addictive behaviors. I aim to bring my authentic self into the therapeutic space and meet each client wherever they are. I focus on helping you tap into your internal experience and find ways to move through any challenges, whether internal or external. As a part of your team, I help you find ways to move towards your values and goals.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

My ideal client is a person or couple that knows, no matter what they bring into a therapeutic space, they are valued, and they are the experts of their own lived experience. When we cross oceans together, you'll be the steering the ship, with me as your navigator. I understand the complex reality of intersectional identity that creates privilege or compounds to reinforce oppression and marginalization. My clients seek to live the best version of their lives and are willing to explore to do so.

I work well with adults and adolescents (specifically women) experiencing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, mood, and identity. I am passionate about supporting you in discovering and deepening your "sense of Self". We humans are complex, multifaceted creatures— often holding conflicting feelings and aspirations at once. Together, we'll untangle the web of your varied human experiences, to make sense of the "you" at the core.
I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, kinky, and neurodivergent folks. As a chronically ill person myself, I love helping folks to manage chronic illness/pain and self-advocate within healthcare systems. My areas of focus include helping people to build self-esteem and self-efficacy, to build tools to navigate neurodivergence in adulthood, and to identify core beliefs and needs so that they can live life more authentically.
Maybe you’ve been exploring your queerness, questioning whether you might be neurodivergent, or facing internal conflict between how you identify and its intersectionality with your familial, cultural, and/or religious values. Perhaps you’ve experienced religious trauma and are looking to incorporate religion back into your life. No matter what you find yourself navigating, I’m here, I’m queer, and I’m glad you found me.
