My Background and Approach
To help clients improve wellbeing and reduce suffering I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, and others.

I believe that each of us has our own inner wisdom and part of my job is to help clients get in touch with theirs. My work as a therapist entails collaborating together with my clients on goals important to them to improve well-being and reduce suffering.
