About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients who want to understand and transform the habitual patterns that get in their way of living a full and meaningful life. Whether those patterns are repetitive anxiety loops, self-critical thoughts, or relational dynamics, I can help you break the cycles that are keeping you stuck.
My Background and Approach
My approach in working with individuals and couples is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. My central aim is to help you develop a kind, caring relationship with yourself and with your own inner experience. Drawing from methodologies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Relational Life Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory, I incorporate evidence-based practices to help you gain confidence in your capability to regulate your emotions and calm your nervous system. I use an attachment theory and family systems framework to help you heal the past relational wounds that may have kept you repeating unsatisfying relationship dynamics. I can help you learn relational mindfulness skills that are essential to cultivating authentic, connected relationships in every dimension of your life.
