My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I draw inspiration from influential figures such as Drs. Carl Jung, Mary and Ron Hulnick, Martin Seligman, Fritz Perls, Carl Rogers, Irvin Yalom, Richard Schwartz, and John and Julie Gottman, whose work spans depth psychology, positive psychology, Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, non-secular spiritual psychology, DBT, CBT, psychoanalytic psychotherapy with a Jungian lens, mind-body medicine, and existential and humanistic approaches. I see life as a profound curriculum guiding us toward growth and fulfillment. Through "Ego-work," I help clients uncover their authentic selves and cultivate a richer, more holistic life. This often leads to greater peace, ease, and grace in navigating life’s challenges.
