My Background and Approach
I am trained with a master's in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, where I learned the effectiveness of using evidence-based approaches to help you improve the frustrating habits or ways of thinking you're looking to change. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and couples, and strive to help improve symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, depression, stress, and trauma. I practice with a mindful, process-oriented approach, and I provide a safe, warm environment that is supportive and conducive toward you achieving your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our mental health can impact all aspects of life. Choosing this career is important to me based on my own adversity I have overcome throughout time. It has motivated me to give back to my own community by helping people like you grow, find happiness, and live the life you want.
