As human beings, we are created to connect before we entered this world. We were connected in the womb with our mothers ,and we will search until we find that person we connect with on a deeper level. This inherent desire to connect is deeply root in our unconscious. Most often though, we get lost, confused and hurt during this process to connect. I understand this deeply and I will help you to understand how you can heal from your wounds to be in a more fulfilling and meaningful relationship.

Identifying as a Highly Sensitive Person myself, I recognize it takes work and intentionality to live life to its fullest. Most of us have been going through life wondering and questioning our uniqueness and differences. Instead of viewing sensitivity and empathy as gifts, we internalized them as curses or punishments. It's hard to live in a world that caters to those who hide sensitive traits. Helping HSP's lead fulfilling and meaningful lives is not only possible, but it is the way.
