As a queer person myself, I totally get how wild this journey can be. I help fellow LGBTQIA+ folks navigate all the messiness with a lot of heart and real talk. We’re ditching the BS, owning our identities, and building a life that feels real and unapologetically us.

When it comes to trauma, I’m all about creating a safe space where you can unpack the heavy stuff without feeling judged. We dive into those past experiences at your pace, working together to heal the wounds and rewrite the narrative so you can move forward with less weight on your shoulders.

Ethical counseling is necessarily multicultural and culturally sensitive. I tailor sessions to your unique cultural background, including your race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and language of origin. I have lived and worked in several countries, having spent most of my career in Latin America. I provide fully bilingual services in English and Spanish, and also speak French and Italian.

In couples therapy, I’m your go-to for navigating the tricky parts of relationships. I help you both communicate better, understand each other’s needs, and tackle any issues head-on. It’s all about building a stronger, more connected partnership where both of you feel seen and heard.

We’ll get those racing thoughts in check so you can focus and feel like yourself again.

EFT is all about helping you and your partner connect on a deeper level. I guide you through understanding the emotions that drive your interactions, so you can break old patterns and build a stronger, more secure bond.
